Bill Whitten was a Hollywood fashion designer who designed stage clothing and high-end fashion for musicians and celebrities (including Elton John and Michael Jackson). He died in 2006.
In fair vintage condition. Sleeve holes have significant wear. Embroidery threads are loose or missing in some areas.
